We know the lawsuits are coming. Legislating from the bench is always the last part of the Wisconsin Democrats' plans to thwart any item on Governor Walker's agenda.

As the MacIver News Service reported:

The Republican Mining Jobs Bill hit the Wisconsin Assembly floor on Thursday after passing the Senate last week, but Democrats did not put up much of a fight during the all day debate. Rather than attempt to block the bill, they seemed more concerned with going on the record with their predictions of what will happen to the law. The bill passed on a vote of 58-39 and now heads to Governor Scott Walker's desk for his signature.

But despite the hypocritical Bad River Tribe... despite the hyperbolic Dale Schultz... despite the 2011 recalls...despite the 2012 recalls... the Mining Bill passed.
