The title of the ad, "Seattle," uses images of the blown touchdown call, logos and all, to make the case that experience matters.

But there is a problem with this ad.

The Re-Elect Judge Wolfgram campaign may not have received permission from the Green Bay Packers or the NFL to use those images.

"To my knowledge, we haven’t been contacted," said Aaron Popkey, a spokesman for the Green Bay Packers.

It would not be the first time a Wisconsin politician has used images from the NFL in a political ad

In October 2010, Sen. Russ Feingold was forced to alter a television ad that used official NFL footage of Minnesota Viking Randy Moss dancing in the endzone when the NFL asked the campaign to remove the officially licensed footage.

We will update this story as it develops.
